COMPENSATION OF OFFICIALS  
  Are referees paid or other compensation arranged?  
  Are Technical personnel compensated?  
  Was the DBCR compensated? (or at least fees waived if fencing - room covered if not fencing)
  Was an armorer hired?    
  If so, was he/she USFA certified?  
 
LIABILITY OF ORGANIZERS  
  Is the organizing club a member of the USFA?  
  Is a copy of the organizing club's insurance certificate on hand?  
  Has venue requested and received an additionally insured certificate  
  Is trained medical staff person on site?  
  Is basic first aid kit on site?  
  *right hand jacket for RH fencer; socks covering all leg, no holes in in garments, etc.
